We built Vitals with two kinds of clinics in mind. First, fresh clinics and new graduates who haven't used any clinic management system before. Second, clinics coming from a previous system — we help export and migrate that data into Vitals for you.

The whole product is built around easy access, affordability, and a simple, easy-to-use interface, backed by a high level of database security — all within one core plan. That plan includes many advanced features other competitor systems reserve for expensive premium tiers, but we've kept them all in a single core plan: every feature that's genuinely useful to any clinic, regardless of field.

From there, we use add-ons instead of multiple membership tiers that unlock more features — because you might not want everything included, just one or two specific things. And rather than building a system for one specialty only, we built Vitals to be the core for every field, with add-ons being what actually differentiates one clinic's setup from another.
